As we had previously reported here, Manchester United’s Argentinian winger has now agreed to join French giants Paris Saint-Germain, subject to a medical in Paris on Monday. The clubs have agreed a fee of £44.3 million, which represents a loss of £15.4 million for the Red Devils, who had paid a club-record fee of £59.7 million to Real Madrid, when they signed the 27-year old before the start of last season.
Di Maria concludes his time at Old Trafford after only four goals and 12 assists in 33 games for United. There are indications that the Argentinian’s decision to join PSG was also heavily affected by his family who are believed to be unhappy in Northern England.
Here is a look at di Maria’s best scenes from a season in England.
